DiningInDisney.com content is produced by Brian Cooper, a Husband, Daddy and Disney Fan from Northeast Pennsylvania, USA. His knowledge of Disney goes back to his early years when he visited Walt Disney World as a child just a few short years after it opened in 1971. Brian, who is also a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Member, has toured the array of different Walt Disney World resorts during his many vactions over the past 30+ years and he has tasted the variety of flavors that the Disney Restaurants have to offer as well. In his writings and articles you’ll receive first hand knowledge of the many Disney Dining experiences he’s observed and encountered, including reviews of the Disney recipes he has brought back to his very own home in Pennsylvania.
