MARKETPLACE RESTAURANT — Boma restaurant at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge features an open kitchen with a wood-burning grill and rotisserie, and a “marketplace” design that allows diners to select from a wide variety of entrees and desserts. The 270-seat restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is the newest resort at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
