My family visited all of the Disney parks a couple of years ago and I kept telling myself I would look up the recipe for the soup I had at Boma (we ate there 4 times) when we returned home.
Well, we are planning on returning to your park and I wanted to know If you still made this soup.
I believe a puree type of sweetpotato soup. Orange in color and maybe tasted nutmeg.
I do see the Carrot Jinger soup but it was definitly not a carrot soup. Can you help me find the recipe and tell me if they still make it?
Thank you for anything you can find.

I recently visited Boma, and my husband asked about Vegetarian dishes on the buffet. The chef came to my table and took me through the buffet to tell me exactly which dishes contained no meat products. He was really nice. Later, he came up to me while I was at the buffet tables and said to go and look at my table. He made me my very own vegetarian dinner. He went so far above and beyond what any other restaurant has ever done for me. It was really special!:)
