Just back from a lengthy vacation to the beach and to Walt Disney World and we were lucky to catch the first day of the 2007 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival before leaving.

It was a beautiful and very hot day for the opening of the festival and the crowds weren’t too bad while we were there (which was morning and early afternoon of the 28th.) Lines for the different country food kiosks weren’t that bad either with very short waits. I’ll post the pics of the menus shortly but I wanted to post a few pictures of the main logo which is placed just down from the fountains to the entrance of World Showcase.
